Shipping policy

PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT

We do our best to ship your orders ASAP. However, we need time to prepare your order for shipment. This time is usually 1-5 business days, sometimes up to 7 business days from the moment of confirmed payment (PayPal e-checks could be delayed for few business days).

We work and ship products during business hours from Monday to Friday (business days). Please keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, international and national holidays are not business days.

Also we want you to understand that time of preparing your order for shipment is not included into the shipping time (average delivery time or arrival time). These are different and separated one from another processes. Each of them has its own term.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from Europe (UA).
Postal Services - USPS and Ukrposhta (International Registered Airmail), UPS Worldwide Saver.

Tracking Number will be provided.

The Average Delivery time (information is indicative only and based on data provided by postal services, countdown starts from the moment of shippment):

EU - 6-15-21 business days;

Italy -14 - 40 days;

USA, Canada, Australia, Asia - 9 - 25 business days.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Keep in mind that the delivery time is under the responsibility of the postal service and customs service. Once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes a subject of your local post office. Time of arrival of the parcel can vary depending on multiple factors, so please keep in mind that all terms are only average.

- We feel responsibility for our products, for its shipping, delivery and in case of damage during transportation or loss (after certain term, and if officially proved by the postal service) we can replace it with a new product.

-  Please contact us via e-mail: info@diamond-wood.com in the in case of a significant (MORE THAN 30 DAYS AFTER SHIPMENT) delay or problems with tracking of your order. I have the possibility to make official appeal to the postal service about your parcel.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

- Please notice that customs and import taxes may apply in some cases. The amount of taxes and their accrual conditions depend on the laws of your country. We are not responsible for them.

SHIPPING PRICE
Free international shipping for orders 35$ or more available. 
Some card boxes and guest books are not available for “free shipping” option. You may check it during the checkout or contact us.
